We acquired the services of ANSUN Software Corporation and during this time, Nigel worked in our Information Services department performing a multitude of tasks; from creating an inventory system of our hardware and software to installing various software programs and supporting our users. Nigel has an excellent understanding of the computer field, from DOS to Microsoft Windows, and was able to solve many outstanding problems we had been struggling with.

Nigel required no supervision, put in extra hours to complete certain tasks, was well liked and appreciated by the other staff and accomplished exactly what we asked him to. When our company first began, we were a small operation that needed large output from our employees.
Being familiar with Nigel and his work ethic from a previous employer, we acquired his services from ANSUN Software Corp. and began an open contract for him to be our Head Computer Operator. Early in the year, Markham Label experienced a computer crash on our computer system and were looking for someone to help us out. On a recommendation from one of our customers we called ANSUN Software Corporation and spoke with Nigel. Unlike our other calls to consultants, Nigel stated that the problem didn’t sound too serious and he could fix it without charge. Within an hour, Nigel was at our office and had the problem fixed right away. At this time we spoke to Nigel about installing a new accounting program and upgrading our computer hardware. Nigel went out on our behalf and purchased the equipment that we needed. When he returned he installed the equipment and software and had us up and running within a few hours. He also built and configured a network for our computers and that allowed us to computerize more of our manual functions.

Because of Nigel’s hard work and dedication, we had virtually no down time. Nigel is very knowledgeable about computers, is very easy to work with and he explains things in a language that anyone can understand. After his work was completed here, Nigel still made several calls and visited the office when he was in the area; just to say ‘Hello’ and make sure our computers were running smoothly.
