I would like to express how good it was to work with the ANSUN Software Corporation on a project that was happening in my department with Children’s Services. We had a change over of quite a few computers and all the information contained within. I used a specific program that I needed help with and Nigel was more than willing and most capable of looking after my needs.

I use a particular data based program and I could not seem to have others in the IT department understand the importance of the program. Nigel had never seen this application before and he quietly sat and listened while I explained what the program was about. He understood the importance of it and stayed with me through the transition to ensure that everything went smoothly, which included speaking to an outside agency that developed the application.

He called and did a follow up a few days later to make sure it everything was working and that I had no problems resulting from the systems upgrade. I was grateful for his support and understanding and would certainly like to have the chance to work with Nigel again.

It is my pleasure to provide this letter of reference for ANSUN Software Corporation.

Nigel has completed the development of two Visual Basic applications for converting data extracts provided by the Ontario Ministry of Community, Family and Children’s Services to Ontario Works in Peel. The two applications convert the daily and monthly data extracts into Microsoft SQL Server & Microsoft Access databases that Ontario Works staff can use to develop reports. While Nigel works on his own in the designing and programming areas, I have worked with him throughout the duration of the project to ensure that work is completed on time, within budget and scope. Nigel’s work has met all success criteria set out in the Project Charter. He has completed all deliverables for the project – including developing the applications, testing, implementation, user training and writing of user manuals – on time and within budget and scope. On testing, the applications were found to be robust and users in Ontario Works are completely satisfied with the results and sign-offs have been obtained expeditiously.

In our rollout of over 2000+ computers, Nigel also played a major role in making sure our current applications were tested and verified Windows XP compliant, by either modifying old code or creating new modules for applications to ensure our clients would be able to perform their normal functions when they received their new hardware and operating system. During the actual rollout Nigel received many praises from our clients for his ability to help them install custom applications and generally make them feel comfortable with their new equipment.

It is a pleasure to have Nigel on our team. His software development and overall computer knowledge is only topped by his ability to relate and get along with clients & co-workers at all levels. Nigel is an asset to any IT group and we appreciate having the opportunity of working with the ANSUN Software Corporation.

This letter is to express my thanks to ANSUN Software Corporation, for the great work they did in developing & modifying to our computer software application. Nigel took the time to become very acquainted with the work we do, and then designed the system to meet our needs. He mentioned that he takes customer satisfaction very seriously and that was quite visible in seeing the effort and patients he put forth in speaking to each of our Nurses and finding out their likes and dislikes of our previous application and building a “wish-list” of things for the new one he was developing.

Nigel set effective timelines for the project, met those deliverables and was very pleasant to deal with. He has high standards for client satisfaction and I would recommend his work anyone and constantly seek him as our consultant when we have work to be done.

Early in the year, Markham Label experienced a computer crash on our computer system and were looking for someone to help us out. On a recommendation from one of our customers we called ANSUN Software Corporation and spoke with Nigel. Unlike our other calls to consultants, Nigel stated that the problem didn’t sound too serious and he could fix it without charge. Within an hour, Nigel was at our office and had the problem fixed right away. At this time we spoke to Nigel about installing a new accounting program and upgrading our computer hardware. Nigel went out on our behalf and purchased the equipment that we needed. When he returned he installed the equipment and software and had us up and running within a few hours. He also built and configured a network for our computers and that allowed us to computerize more of our manual functions.

Because of Nigel’s hard work and dedication, we had virtually no down time. Nigel is very knowledgeable about computers, is very easy to work with and he explains things in a language that anyone can understand. After his work was completed here, Nigel still made several calls and visited the office when he was in the area; just to say ‘Hello’ and make sure our computers were running smoothly.

Nigel takes that extra step to keep people happy and satisfied with his work. I would and do recommend ANSUN very highly to people when they need any kind of computer work done.
